We offer a comprehensive care experience at Life Healing Center with several levels of support to meet you or your loved one where you are in your recovery journey. Depending on the nature of your symptoms and whether you need regular monitoring from our expert team, we offer several substance use care options at our rehabilitation center in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Withdrawal management – For clients who need support removing drugs or alcohol from their bodies before they can fully engage in therapeutic activities, we offer withdrawal management, or detoxification services, with the help of medical staff, a psychiatric provider, and a therapist. This process usually takes about 10 to 14 days depending on the nature of each client’s symptoms.
Residential treatment – Residential treatment provides eight hours of therapeutic programming a day with round-the-clock monitoring to ensure our clients’ comfort and safety. Most clients remain in residential care for 28 to 35 days depending on their specific recovery goals and needs.
Partial hospitalization program (PHP) – We offer an intensive therapeutic experience through our PHP, with clients attending six hours of programming a day. Many of our clients remain at the PHP level for seven to 11 days, though everyone’s recovery journey is different.
Our expert team fully personalizes the therapies and interventions included in your treatment plan to ensure that you experience the best outcome possible. We make all admissions decisions on a case-by-case basis, but our clients must meet these general criteria to receive care:

- Do not currently have suicidal thoughts or actions
- Do not have any medical concerns that require a higher level of care
- Can actively participate in therapeutic programming
