Chief Financial Officer
Rachel obtained her degree in Business Administration – Accounting from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. After working in construction accounting for several years, it was time for a change. She joined the Acadia team at Sierra Tucson in 2016 where she was able to see firsthand the amazing work being done and the countless lives being saved. Being a part of a team that is making a difference in people’s lives, in communities, and in families all over the nation is the most fulfilling part of her job. Rachel took the opportunity to be a part of a new team within Acadia and joined Life Healing Center in early 2018.
As the CFO at Life Healing Center she has been able to help bring change and improvements to both the physical campus as well as processes in the Business Office, to help create a robust treatment center. Her primary goal is creating a safe, reliable, and healing environment for clients and employees alike. Constant improvement is also of top priority in her personal life and she is currently studying for her Master of Accounting at University of New Mexico. In her free time she enjoys reading, watching movies, hiking with her dog, and playing competitive rugby.
