Pasha Hogan, BBS, RYT-500

Wellness Consultant/Adjunct Therapist

For more than 20 years, Pasha Hogan has worked internationally in the healing arts field as a speaker, retreat leader, yoga and meditation instructor, and reiki master and teacher, supporting and guiding people through life transitions and challenges.  

A believer in integrating the body, mind, and spirit to live a joyful and balanced life, Pasha guides people in engaging with tools and practices that help build resilience and promote living mindfully. Her personal and professional experiences and warm, intimate style of teaching empower clients to live passionately, transforming their challenges into their greatest triumphs. 

Pasha holds an honors degree in business studies from Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland and worked in the corporate insurance sector in New York, London, and Dublin for 10 years. After a great deal of soul searching and surviving breast cancer three times by the age of 31, Pasha left the business world and completed professional training in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy and counseling at the Tivoli Institute in Dublin, which serves as a foundation for her life’s work. She also completed postgraduate certification in arts and empowerment facilitation at Crawford College of Art and Design in Cork, Ireland. 

Pasha was part of the integrative medicine team at Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Center in New York and is a co-author of a published research study that evaluated the benefits of yoga and meditation on cancer survivors. She is also the author of Third Time Lucky: A Creative Recovery and The Joy of Creative Discovery: Practices to Reclaim Your Purpose and Passion. She is the founder of Creative Discovery Living™, a wellness program that activates the creative and healing processes for living a full and vibrant life.  

She has been affiliated with Life Healing Center since 2008 and is truly honored to serve the clients and staff.
