Director of Food Services
As our Executive Chef, Ken is responsible for all food preparation, menu development, kitchen maintenance and dietary accommodations. He is well versed in American and Mediterranean cuisines, as well as gluten-free, Crohn’s disease and kosher menus. Working closely with the clinical staff, Ken has created healthy, delicious and appealing meals for our staff and clients. He invites patients to participate in meal preparation through cooking demonstrations and seminars.
Ken has a Bachelor of Science degree in anthropology from Southern University of New York, has been a resident of Santa Fe since 1990, and an impressive 18-plus years with Life Healing Center.
