Josephine Pett, MSW

Josephine has been with the company since October of 2023. Prior to that, she spent two years working with at-risk youth, one year working with formally incarcerated women, and five years working with the adult homeless population in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and Las Cruces. Josephine graduated from New Mexico State University with an MSW in Social Work and received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from The University of New Mexico. In her spare time, Josephine enjoys traveling and volunteer work. Josephine believes in the importance of compassion and empathy for all walks of life. “The courage to be vulnerable is not about winning or losing, it’s about the courage to show up when you can’t predict or control the outcome.” –Brene Brown
