David G. Hans, Psy.D.

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. David Hans joins Life Healing Center with over 25 years of healthcare and business experience.  As a behavioral healthcare executive, he has cultivated a reputation as a dynamic game-changer, adept at systems and process improvement, organizational leadership, wellness and therapeutic programming, and strategic problem-solving.

After a successful career in investment banking, Dr. Hans returned to graduate school where he earned his doctorate in clinical psychology.  He has great compassion for people struggling to make meaningful connections and find love in their lives.  Dr. Hans has worked with both small and large teams in organizations ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to family-owned businesses to large national behavioral health corporations.  He also has worked across the treatment continuum with organizations that include, Universal Health Services, CRC Health Group, Sunrise Springs Integrative Wellness, Gateway Foundation, and BayMark Health Services.

One of Dr. Hans’ greatest joys has come through combining his business background with his psychological training.  He believes that healthy organizations are created by people and relationships.  By encouraging and empowering employees to embrace their passions, he has helped to create collaborative, high-performing teams within a culture of integrity, personal accountability and customer service excellence.

In his spare time, David can be found embracing the healing powers of the New Mexico landscape through hiking, camping and mountain biking.  Additionally, he has cultivated a passion for personal improvement and creative expression.
